The organizer of the prize competition is:

1. Participation

Participation in the prize competition takes place by fully completing the entry card and submitting it at the TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP GmbH booth at TOC Europe 2026.

Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 and over.

2. Prize

The prizes stated on the entry card (e.g. 3x LEGO® Maersk Container Vessel) will be raffled among all participants.

Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.

3. Winner Selection

The winners will be drawn by lot on May 20, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the exhibition booth (Hall B6, Booth E64).

Winners must be present at the time of the draw or will be contacted afterwards.

4. Data Protection

The personal data collected as part of the prize competition will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition, unless separate consent for marketing purposes (newsletter) has been given.

5. Newsletter Consent

Consent to receive the newsletter is voluntary and not a requirement for participation in the prize competition.

Legal recourse is excluded.
