The protection of guideways, measuring systems, drive unit elements and other sensitive parts of processing machines is indispensable. The load created by the acceleration, velocity and speed of the machinery increasingly strains the telescopic cover and inevitably leads to failure at some point.

Although our telescopic covers have a very long service life, long operating times, fatigue and external influences can substantially impair their durability. KABELSCHLEPP^® sees itself also as a solution provider and especially for turnkey projects. In addition to project planning and delivery of the individual components, we also take over the operative conversion and implementation into the overall system for you.

Before your production suffers downtimes, we can provide rapid and reliable assistance, planned assignments even at weekends or at night to maintain your machinery and retain it in a functional, operating condition.

We will be very pleased to also assume the planning and execution of all necessary servicing and maintenance work as well as preventive maintenance for you. Planning will be executed in close coordination with you, taking machinery availability into account. Yo will receive a transparent machinery status with a possible measure plan and can thereby reduce unexpected downtimes to a minimum.

All common spare parts can be delivered at short notice. For identification, we only require the data of the KABELSCHLEPP^® nameplate.

From complete maintenance and/or overhaul within the planned time window to rapid repairs with original spare parts on site - due to our many years of experience as a product manufacturer, we are more than familiar with all difficulties that can influence smooth processing.
