TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP presents TOTALTRAX concept at SPS 2024

Modular systems for cable carrier systems

TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP will be placing a focus on its TOTALTRAX solutions at SPS 2024 in Nuremberg from November 12 to 14. The pre-assembled cable carrier systems, ready to install, help users to increase productivity, while also improving the predictability of their processes and creating cost transparency and reliable quality.

“In the current volatile economic situation, medium-sized companies face various challenges such as uncertainties in the supply chain, rising costs, and high competitive pressure,” explains Jochen Becker, Sales Director D/A/CH at TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP. “Complete systems are an advantage in this situation, as they improve the predictability of processes and costs while minimizing the risk of downtime caused by delivery bottlenecks or incorrect assembly. With our tailor-made TOTALTRAX systems, we additionally offer customers long-standing experience, assured quality, and flexibility in the event of fluctuating demand.”

Not only the mechanical and plant engineering sector can benefit from the TOTALTRAX system. Because while, ten years ago, customers mainly came from the mechanical engineering industry, TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP has now considerably expanded the scope of application for its system concept. Today, TOTALTRAX can be found in port cranes and automatic milking systems, for example, as well as in a range of other applications.

Extensive range of modular systems without material dogma
When configuring the customized TOTALTRAX systems, TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP always considers all its cable carrier ranges and components. This provides an extensive modular system that can be used to generate an optimum solution for virtually any requirement. A special advantage: The options also appliy to the available materials. Steel, plastic, or hybrid carriers can be used, depending on the application and the local conditions. Hybrid carriers combine plastic sidebands with aluminum profiles and can cover any required width in millimeter increments.

“Compared to our competitors, we can fall back on one of the broadest portfolios in the industry,” explains Jochen Becker. “That gives us the option of offering a large number of size and width variants – all without any material dogma. Customers can find anything from small plastic cable carriers to XXL steel cable carriers in our range. Our TOTALTRAX systems are available from simple to complex, from one-off custom items to large production runs, with and without connectors, sheet-metal panels and add-on components, as single-axis or multi-axis systems. Anything is possible.”

Expert coaching from start to finish
The engineers and specialists at TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP ensure that the right solution is produced from the vast number of options every time. They have many years of experience in the field of cable carriers and are also well versed in mechanical and plant engineering. This means that each project receives competent support, from the initial inquiry to the installation of the TOTALTRAX system.
