The TKVG is a turnkey aluminium guide channel system for suspended vertical applications. It stabilises cable carriers even across extended travel lengths and ensures smooth running. In the field of intralogistics, the TKVG is an excellent choice for fast moving ASRS. Where high dynamics occur in small spaces, the aluminium channel system keeps the cable carrier in its position. The guides remain stable even under fast changes of direction.

Available as a turnkey complete system
TSUBAKI KABELSCHLEPP supplies the TKVG as a turnkey complete system including drivers, cables, hoses and strain relief elements. Installation is clear and easy and retrofitting into an existing ASRS is unproblematic. Standardised modules and components enable short delivery times and economical implementation.

The TKVG is designed for the manufacturer’s UNIFLEX Advanced 1555 and available from an inner width of 75 mm and a bending radius of 125 mm. Other series and types are available on request. Users benefit from the clear options of the design: Fixed point connections can be selected on the left or right side. The cable exit on the driver can face to the front or rear. The installation spacing for the cable retainers can be adjusted flexibly.

In addition to storage and retrieval systems, the TKVG is also suitable for lifters, construction and crane hoists and elevators. This system offers a robust, low maintenance solution wherever energy and data need to be guided vertically, safely and without interruptions.
